Collaborative agentic AI tools for in-house legal teams at complex healthcare organizations.

The intelligence behind better healthcare.

WHAT WE ARE BUILDING

Legal matters aren't single-player. The tools shouldn't be either.

We are building collaborative agentic AI tools for in-house legal teams at complex healthcare organizations. These teams manage a high volume of contracts, vendor relationships, regulatory changes, workforce disputes, internal investigations, privacy matters, and litigation. The information required to handle each matter is scattered across documents, emails, policies, prior matters, and multiple organizational systems — and the people involved span legal, HR, compliance, clinical leadership, and operations.

Our tools give legal teams a shared, permissioned workspace where AI does the multi-step work — gathering and organizing relevant information, reviewing documents, constructing timelines, flagging issues, and preparing work product — while everyone involved in a matter can see the same up-to-date picture, add context, and sign off on next steps. Today, working with AI is single-player: one lawyer, one chat window, one transcript nobody else can touch. Access is controlled matter by matter, so only the people authorized to see a matter can see it.

Every output is grounded in source documents with citations, and legal professionals retain judgment and approval over anything consequential. The objective is immediate and practical: help legal teams handle more work with greater speed, consistency, and organizational context.

WHERE WE START

Workforce and employment matters — one of the highest-volume areas of legal work for large healthcare organizations.

The initial tools may support workflows involving employee and physician complaints, interpersonal disputes, internal investigations, disciplinary decisions, employment and contractor agreements, compensation matters, restrictive covenants, and labor-law questions.

The first product will focus on a narrow, frequently occurring workflow where AI can provide measurable value without replacing legal judgment.

WHY HEALTHCARE

Healthcare organizations combine large, varied workforces with complex, regulated operations.

Healthcare organizations combine large and varied workforces with clinical operations, sensitive information, extensive regulation, complex contracting relationships, and significant litigation exposure. A single matter may involve legal, human resources, compliance, clinical leadership, privacy, and operations. This complexity creates a strong need for AI tools that can work across fragmented information while respecting privilege, confidentiality, permissions, and organizational policy.

Healthcare is our starting market because the legal workload is substantial and the operating environment is demanding. The underlying technology can eventually serve other complex and regulated industries.

THE LONG-TERM VISION

Making legal risk observable, understandable, and preventable.

The near-term company is focused on building useful AI tools — not promising that it can already predict legal problems across an entire organization. Over time, however, these tools can create a shared, permissioned understanding of the organization's matters, policies, decisions, obligations, and outcomes. That foundation can develop into an enterprise legal-intelligence platform capable of helping organizations identify patterns and emerging exposure earlier.

The long-term ambition is to make legal risk more observable, understandable, and preventable. Instead of becoming involved only after a problem has escalated, legal teams should have the intelligence required to intervene while they still have meaningful options.

OUR APPROACH

From immediate legal work toward preventative legal intelligence.

We will build from immediate legal work toward preventative legal intelligence:

Assist with legal work → understand organizational context → learn from outcomes → identify emerging exposure → support earlier intervention

AI will perform defined, multi-step work, but human professionals will remain responsible for legal conclusions and consequential decisions. The system is designed around source-grounded outputs, explainability, privilege-aware access, granular permissions, and auditability.

We are not beginning by claiming to automate the legal department. We are beginning by building tools that legal teams find indispensable — and using that foundation to create the intelligence layer for enterprise legal risk.

We're working with a small set of design partners.

If your in-house legal team handles a high volume of workforce and employment matters, we'd like to talk.
